Scottsdale Plaza Resort

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is an oasis of tranquility that captures the essence of scenic Arizona. Graceful Spanish Mediterranean architecture and décor create a cozy, private estancia-style feel. Take a dip in one of five heated pools located throughout the grounds, smooth out your stroke on the resort’s private putting green, or just experience the warm desert breezes and views of Camelback Mountain. Clusters of rooms and suites are tucked among peaceful courtyards that are surrounded by fragrant, indigenous flowers, seasonal plantings, 50-foot palms & eucalyptuses.

Weather

The weather in St. Petersburg during the month of March is downright nice. That may be why so many major league baseball teams call the area home during spring training. The average temperature reaches a high of about 77° during the day and a crisp 49° in the evenings. We suggest a light coat for the cooler evenings.

Airport and Ground Transportation

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 30 minutes from the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. Self-parking at hotel is available at no additional cost.

**All rates listed are subject to change and are estimates. Please check rates with the ground transportation taxi and shuttle booth prior to departure.

Hike Tom's Thumb Trail, a 4 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail that features beautiful wild flowers. It's a challenge so plan accordingly!
