Do you offer discounts to smaller credit unions.
Yes. We know how important education is to you and your credit union. We also understand that smaller credit unions have a smaller budget for education. Call us at 888-465-6010 and we would be happy to work with you on the conference investment.
Do you offer additional discounts for sending multiple participants to a conference?
Yes. When your credit union sends 4 or more participants to a conference, you will receive an additional $100 off per attendee. To receive this discount, give us a call at 888-465-6010.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual. However, we want you to feel comfortable during the conference, meals and receptions. Many of our attendees wear jeans and even shorts depending on the location of the conference. We recommend bringing a sweater or lightweight jacket as the meeting rooms can be cool at times.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel for any reason, you are welcome to send a substitute. Or, if you cancel in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference date, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the conference. However, your credit union may apply the paid registration fee to any future conference. Registrants who do not attend are liable for the full conference fee.

Who do I contact regarding cruise conferences?
For specifics on cruise conferences, contact Jill Donati of Altair Travel at 800-880-0055. There will not be any sessions held while at the various ports. All sessions will take place while the ship is at sea.
