Strategic Planning: Over the years we’ve learned that those credit unions who are most successful know who they are or who they want to become. Our strategic planning process, refined over twenty years of facilitating sessions with all sized financial institutions (from $30 million to $10 billion), will help your board and leadership team determine a crystal-clear strategy that all can articulate, understand and, most important, execute. Having a good strategic plan is critical, but it doesn’t matter if it can’t be executed! Too many strategic plans gather dust after being developed. Therefore, we create tactical plans to determine what will be done, by whom, and when.

Culture Assessment: In order to help credit unions create customized solutions, we must first completely understand their current performance culture. Further, before organizations invest substantial time, resources, and money into new initiatives (big and small) they need to thoroughly understand their current strengths and weaknesses. Our culture assessment uses a suite of tools to help you determine what’s working and what’s not working so your new growth, marketing, or employee-development initiative will be optimally successful.

Succession Readiness - Glatt Consulting works with credit union teams to ensure the organization is ready for board room and/or c-suite succession. Succession Readiness projects involve working with clients to develop role-based succession criteria, identify pools of succession candidates, and establish criteria-based development paths to guide candidate succession preparation. Succession Readiness projects also include the deployment of an organization-specific succession preparation tracking and reporting tool that allows key stakeholders to understand succession readiness at any given moment. As a result of this project, the credit union will be ready for succession with a qualified pool of succession candidates.

Merger Relationship Outreach - Glatt Consulting works with credit union teams to define and execute a merger partner outreach strategy. Merger Relationship Outreach projects involve working with clients to identify an appropriate and well-defined marketplace for merger outreach using Glatt Consulting’s custom-built merger market mapping application, and then tracking the performance of and managing outreach to high-value partners on behalf of clients. Merger Relationship Outreach projects also involve the deployment of an organization-specific, real-time reporting tool that allows project stakeholders to maintain awareness of Glatt Consulting’s outreach efforts and interactions with specific partners. As a result of this project, the credit union will be an active participant in the merger marketplace with a greater likelihood of establishing successful merger partnerships.
