The resort fee is WAIVED when you book your room your room through CU Conferences' room block.

The weather in St. Petersburg during the month of December is generally warm. The average temperature reaches a high of about 73° during the day and 58° in the evenings. 

Airport and Ground Transportation

Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) are both 40 minutes from the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort

Eat St. Pete Food Tours

Eat St Pete Food Tours is a leader in culinary and cultural experiences in St Petersburg Florida and was the first company to offer a food tour experience in the city in 2012.  Eat St Pete's first tour started in Downtown and was known as the Original "SunShine City" Food Tour.  The tours grew with the food scene that now expands into the EDGE district and the Grand Central District in St Pete.  The tours introduce both visitors and locals to off the beaten path eateries, the colorful history of the city, iconic buildings both old and new; alongside hidden murals.

The Dali Museum

The Dali Museum celebrates the life and work of Salvador Dali (1904-1989) and features works from the artist’s entire career. The collection includes over 2,100 works from every moment and in every medium of his artistic activity, including oil paintings, many original drawings, book illustrations, artists’ books, prints, sculpture, photos, manuscripts and an extensive archive of documents. Founded with the works collected by A. Reynolds and Eleanor Morse, the Museum has made significant additions to its collection over the years.
