Walt Agius

CEO, Lendsys, LLC

Walt Agius has over 30 years’ experience consulting with and working for credit unions and CUSO’s. His expertise runs the gamut from credit union and CUSO CEO, to marketing to lending program development, including risk-based pricing and indirect lending to overall organizational development, staff training, all aspects of HR management, program design and business services development for CUSO formations and business start-ups.

Walt maintained his presence in the credit union marketplace as President/CEO of a CUSO owned by a billion-dollar credit union. He was also recently President/CEO of a credit union in the Los Angeles area. During his tenure as the credit union CEO, he facilitated the start-up and operation of a credit union owned auto dealership called Autoseekers.

The auto dealership and indirect lending experience led him to the development of a credit union specific automated lending technology/software platform that captures existing member loans from the point of sale marketplace, and he is currently engaged in ongoing development and national marketing of that system, called CU Lending Edge. CU Lending Edge and its associated companies, Lendsys, LLC and Lendgistics, LLC collectively provide lenders a complete front-end loan origination system unlike any other model in existence today.
