The NCUA approved 76 mergers in Q1 and Q2 of 2022, up from Q1 2021. As the trend continues, credit union boards need to continue to be vigilant throughout the due-diligence process. One area that can get overlooked is technology: what will the new technology infrastructure look like after the merger?
