The Benson Hotel

Book your room online or call the Benson Portland at (503) 228-2000. Be sure to mention CU Conferences to receive rates starting at $249.

The $25 amenity fee is waived when you book your room through CU Conferences' room block.

The weather in Portland during the month of June is generally warm. The average temperature reaches a high in the mid-70s during the day and mid-50s in the evenings.

Airport and Ground Transportation**

Portland International Airport (PDX) is approximately 20 minutes from the Benson Hotel.

  • Portland's MAX light rail train is located just 3 short blocks from the hotel with passes starting at $2.50. Pick up the MAX outside of baggage claim, sit back, relax and ride into the heart of Portland.
  • Taxi fare from airport to the Benson Hotel is approximately $50.
  • Valet parking for a charge of $42.00 per night for overnight hotel guests

Washington Park

Washington Park is one of the oldest parks in Portland. Each of the park’s attractions has its own unique history:

Today, Washington Park has over 15 miles of trails, some of which are part of the 40-Mile Loop connecting Washington Park with Pittock Mansion, Forest Park to the north, and Council Crest to the south. Washington Park covers over 410 acres.
