Safety Protocols
The safety of our attendees and staff is of the utmost importance. CU Conferences will continue to monitor the guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Here are some of the safety protocols we are putting into place...
Attendee Wristbands Indicate the Following:
Green: Please social distance, but I feel comfortable socializing
Yellow: OK to approach me, but I am not 100% comfortable interacting with others
Red: Please do not approach me. I am here to attend the sessions only
Meetings/Breaks:
Temperatures will be taken each day
It is highly recommended that masks be worn during the sessions
Only one person per six-foot table
Please sit at the same table/seat throughout the conference
Hand sanitizer station will be outside the meeting room
Reception
Masks must be worn when not eating or drinking
Hand sanitizer stations will be provided during the reception
Please adhere to social distancing
Meals
Masks must be worn until you are seated at your table
Masks must be worn anytime you leave your table
Hand sanitizer station will be outside the meal room
