Post-conference / PreConference Workshop
Tuesday, February 13, 2007

Whether you're attending the Business Development Select Employee Group (SEG) Conference, the 25th Annual Bottom Line Conference, or both, the "Measuring Member Profitability" Post/PreConference is an invaluable addition to your conference experience.

Measuring Member Profitability -

It’s Never Been More Crucial

Presented by Joe Prunty
President/CEO and Co-Founder of CoreProfit Solutions

If your credit union is going to keep up with—or triumph over—the competition, it must identify ways to maintain and improve ROA (return on assets), grow net income, isolate non-interest income opportunities and reduce the inequity of member subsidies. Joe Prunty can teach you how.

This vital Post/PreConference workshop will address the need for timely, actionable and sound member profitability information and assist you in understanding the “why” and the “how” of proper profitability measurement.

In his humorous, slightly unorthodox style, Joe will provide plenty of food for thought as he presents an overview of measuring and managing member profitability and why it’s more important than ever. You’ll learn the steps for achieving profitability measurement success from sample reports and anecdotes of successes and failures. He’ll reveal best practices and walk you through case studies. He’ll examine analyses of current profitability issues—and share actual copies of profitability reports.

Here’s just a sample of the information you’ll take back to your CU:

  • How to properly undertake a member profitability project
  • What profitability reports/graphs look like and how they are used
  • How you can implement such a measurement initiative at your credit union.

You’ll benefit from Joe’s more than 10 years of practical experience implementing large-scale profitability projects. He’ll communicate lessons learned in a straightforward fashion and allow plenty of time for your questions.
