Designing Compensation Plans to Satisfy Your Stakeholders
Presented BY: Daniel Moynihan
Principal
Compensation Resources, Inc.

Compensation, and especially executive compensation, is in the crosshairs of the media, regulators, credit union members and employees.

As HR professionals, members of executive management, or directors, it is imperative to show that your credit union has done its due diligence and is acting in the best interest of its members. It’s crucial that you’re aware and accountable for the compensation planning in your organization.

In this invaluable PreConference Workshop, Daniel Moynihan will identify the various components of a successful compensation program and how best to position it to your stakeholders. He’ll focus on how to accurately benchmark salaries, understand survey bias, review timely incentive plan ideas and best communicate all this to your stakeholders to ensure success.

  • Identify the types of compensation programs that will satisfy all stakeholders
    (pay for performance focus)

  • Outline the pitfalls of compensation planning when scrutiny is high

  • Discuss sales techniques for communicating the programs to stakeholders and the importance of getting compensation out of the "black box"
