Guidelines / Criteria for “Director of the Year” Nomination
§
Contributions to
your Board’s effectiveness in areas which may include:
policy-making, implementing change, overseer responsibilities,
leadership & team working
§
Specific project or
job accomplishments
§
Community
involvement & public relations activities
§
Support and
contribution to the CU movement, your CU’s culture, morale, etc.
§
Your nominee must
be a current Board member in good standing
§
Judging and winner
selection will be conducted by the CU Conferences’ executive
committee based on candidate job performance and results as detailed
on the nomination form and attachment(s) |
