Tom Glatt, Jr.  is an Executive Consultant with Glatt Consulting, LLC. Tom began his financial services career as a member service representative at Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, ultimately serving as Mortgage Specialist for CommonWealth One FCU.  

Tom joined credit union consulting firm Counter Intelligence Associates in 1996 as an Associate Consultant and soon thereafter was promoted to Executive Vice President. In his role as consultant Tom facilitated strategic planning sessions for credit unions from New Jersey to Alaska. As Executive Vice President, Tom was responsible for establishing the firm’s technological solutions. Offerings in this category included website development and maintenance, website hosting, and the company’s well-known Internet broadcast division CIA Studios. Prior to departing CIA to form Glatt Consulting, Tom negotiated the sale of CIA Studios to WesCorp, a corporate credit union located in California.  

Tom is a frequent speaker throughout the United States in all areas of planning and strategy, and has appeared as a speaker at the Southwest CUNA Management School, National Association of Federal Credit Unions Annual Conference, CU Conferences’ Bottom Line and InfoTech Conferences, and at numerous league and chapter meetings. 

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College and is a graduate of NAFCU’s Management Development Institute.
