Claudine DiTorrice, branded as the “Staff Whisperer,”  has helped numerous organizations increase productivity and improve business outcomes through the development of their greatest asset – Human Capital.

With three decades of adult and workplace development experience (20 years in the credit union industry); Claudine has designed and delivered educational programs on subjects such as:

Long ago and far away, in a parallel universe, Claudine also tried her hand at stand-up comedy but was counseled not to “give up her day job.” She now uses humor to create learning anchors that greatly improve learning retention and performance outcomes.

Claudine graduated from the Professional Management Institute at Oregon State University. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and loves to comb the Oregon beaches for agates and fossils with her husband Guy.
