After 15 years in financial institution
consulting, Denny
Graham formed FI Strategies, LLC in
2008.
The
goal of FI Strategies, LLC is simply to assist
its financial institution clients in improving
their results. Each client is unique and the
solutions for each client should also be unique.
For some, training may be the answer. For others
it may be the development and implementation of
a strategic sales plan. Regardless, there will
be no preconceived solutions presented. Instead,
we’ll work with you to develop a plan customized
to your company.
Unlike more traditional financial institution
sales development firms, FI Strategies, LLC does
not have a package of expensive training or
selection tools that come bundled with the
consulting services. Instead, we’ve partnered
with a number of leading financial institution
consultants and vendors which allows us to
provide the client with “best of breed”
solutions, and in many cases, several choices
for solutions. A full list of partners appears
later. |
