Diane Johnson

For
more than 25 years, Diane Johnson has worked
with hundreds of institutions in the U.S. and
Canada in all areas of management, marketing,
profitability enhancement, regulatory compliance
& documentation, training, and human resource
development.
Diane began her financial career at Home Savings
of America in 1964. Since then she has served as
agent for the California Department of Savings
and Loan, held executive positions (including
president/ CEO) for numerous financial
institutions and was CEO of Counter Intelligence
Associates, a full-service consulting firm for
financial institutions. Her expertise in these
areas has been the subject of many articles in
industry publications.
Currently, Diane serves as a private consultant
for institutions across the U.S. and Canada. |
Tom Glatt, Sr.

Tom is a long-term credit union professional.
He is the President/CEO of Continental FCU in El
Segundo, California and has had his hands in
full-service consulting, training, and
development, providing services to individual
institutions, trade associations, and regulatory
agencies nationwide.
For over sixteen years, Tom was president of a
national consulting firm, working day-to-day
with credit unions of all shapes and sizes.
Tom is recognized as an industry expert in
corporate strategic planning; operational
analyses and improvement; consumer and real
estate lending; and leadership and management
development.
Tom holds a Masters Degree in Accountancy and is
a Certified Public Accountant. He is a noted
speaker, having made presentations at numerous
national, regional and local conferences on
behalf of the financial services industry and
has also authored several articles appearing in
financial services trade magazines. He has also
served as a credit union volunteer. |
